2. Service Description
bprompt is a platform that allows you to:
- Optimize your prompts using artificial intelligence
- Compare responses from different AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Meta, etc.)
- Save your prompt and response history
- Share your prompts with other users
- Access guides and best practices for prompt engineering
3. Registration and Account
3.1 Account Creation
Full use of the Service requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities under your account. In case of unauthorized use, contact us immediately at support@bprompt.io.
4. Pricing
bprompt is currently a free service. No subscription or credit card is required. Users have full access to the core features.
5. Use of Third-Party APIs
The Service uses APIs from third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, etc.) to process your prompts. By using the Service, you also accept the terms of use of these providers.
Important: Your prompts are transmitted to these services for processing. We recommend not including sensitive personal, confidential, or strategic information in your prompts.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 User Content
You retain ownership of your prompts and content. By using the sharing feature, you grant other users the right to view and, if authorized, reuse your prompts.
6.2 Generated Content
Responses generated by AI models belong to their respective providers according to their terms. bprompt does not claim any rights to generated content.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful content
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to bypass technical or security limitations
- Intentionally overload the Service
- Use bots or automated scripts without authorization
8. Limitation of Liability
bprompt does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or relevance of responses generated by AI models. Users are responsible for verifying and validating all content before use.
In no event shall bprompt be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
9. Data and Privacy
Our processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
